- All monthly paid services come with a 24-hour money-back guarantee.
- The guarantee does not apply to VPS services or promotional plans, unless otherwise stated.
How it works
This facility is provided so clients can be assured. It is not a no-questions-asked refund guarantee — expect questions so we can solve genuine issues and prevent abuse of this facility. If we are unable to accommodate the request, the client is eligible for a refund.
Refund method
In case of refunds, payment gateway charges may be deducted if they are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute against any payment will result in immediate suspension of all services on the account until the dispute is removed. At the Billing Department’s discretion, all services may be terminated without compensation.
Abuse
QryptWeb reserves the authority to deny refunds in case of suspected abuse. In disputes, QryptWeb has final authority.
