Acceptable Use Policy

All services provided by QryptWeb may be used for lawful purposes only.


Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Indian law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute.


The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless QryptWeb and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.


Subscriber acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred.


In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.


Not Allowed on Our Servers:

  • SPAM!
  • IRC/IRC egg drops
  • Proxy servers
  • Mail bombers
  • Anonymous mailers
  • IP spoofers
  • Port scanners
  • Torrents
  • Hivemail
  • Telnet or SSH Access Scripts
  • nph-proxy (and other scripts what operates like proxy)
  • Backups. This is not a backup server. Backups will be removed automatically
  • Abusing server resources
  • UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board, all versions)
  • lstmrge.cgi
  • phpShell
  • Any Mining Script.
  • Any illegal Activity

ABUSE DEFINITIONS

RESOURCE ABUSE

1,1,1 - Resource Abuse consists of any activity, intentional or otherwise, that consumes sufficient system resources to negatively affect other clients or equipment.

UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATION

1,2,1 - Any email-based communications sent without the consent of the recipient.


1,2,2 - Knowingly permitting or initiating Unsolicited Communications is grounds for immediate termination, and a permanent ban from any future service.

MALICIOUS CONTENT

1,3,1 - Any type of script, code, or other file that performs harmful action, either to the user affected or as a bulk action triggered by the user.

1,3,2 - Any content that violates Canadian, United States, and Luxembourg laws.

1,3,3 - Knowingly permitting or hosting Malicious Content is grounds for immediate termination, and a permanent ban from any future service.

REMEDIAL ACTION

INTENTIONAL / MALICIOUS ABUSE

2,1,1 - Intentional / Malicious usage is defined as any action knowingly performed by the user, or persons user has authorized to access the service, that is categorized in the above Abuse Definitions [1].

2,1,2 - All services on the user's account will immediately be terminated without compensation, save for situations where a court order demands evidence be turned over to law enforcement.

2,1,3 - The user will be permanently banned from holding any further service with QryptWeb and related companies.
